午前のテニスに引続き、
午後からは会社でBBQ🍖

おもてなしの文化を知ってもらおうという事で、配膳やお酒の注ぎ方、乾杯の仕方など、日本では"このような事もしますよ"と楽しく学ぶBBQです‼︎

コップとお皿はSDGsに因んで再利用できる物を選んであり🌏🍀
健康経営にも取り組んでいるので野菜も山盛りです！🥦🥕🥬

お肉はネパールでよく食べられているヤギ肉のスパイス漬けやブラジル流の焼き方のイチボであったり、おもてなしを学びながらもTKならではのBBQを楽しみました！🇯🇵🇻🇳🇳🇵🇧🇷

中でもスイカ割りは外国人社員は初めてで
とても盛り上がりました！🥷🍉

今回の目的である"おもてなし"も、慣れないながらも配膳やお酌などをして周り、楽しく学べたのではないでしょうか‼︎👨‍🏫

このSocial Seminerを通して
色々な事を体験することができました。
“楽しかった”で終わらせずに、今日体験した事をいろんな角度から
生活や仕事などに活かしていけるといいですね！

Part ②

Afternoon：BBQ at TK🍖

This BBQ aims to give our foreign employees opportunities to learn Japanese “omotenashi”, such as serving food, pouring drinks, and giving toasts, with fun‼︎

In keeping with the SDGs, we used reusable cups and plates.🌏🍀
And as part of our health management, we’ve prepared a mountain of vegetables!🥦🥕🥬

We enjoyed both eating and leaning through this unique BBQ with marinated goat meat - a popular dish in Nepal, and Brazilian-style Ichibo steak.🇯🇵🇻🇳🇳🇵🇧🇷

Especially, watermelon smashing was a big hit because foreign employees had never experienced it before!🥷🍉

I think everyone had a great time learning about "omotenashi" by serving food and pouring drinks, which was the main goal of this event.🧑‍🏫

It was a valuable experience for all of us.
Let's not just say, "That was fun," but think about how we can apply today's experiences to our daily lives and work in different ways.

Social Seminer(社会研修)
Part ①

日本の社会・文化学習をテーマに、普段仕事だけでは体験できない事や、日本の“おもてなし”🇯🇵といった相手を気遣う気持ちを学ぼう！
という狙いで企画しました。

午前はテニス体験🎾
サーラスポーツインドアテニススクール豊橋さんにご協力頂きテニス体験をさせてもらいました。
空調完備の快適コートです！😆

社員のほとんどがテニスをするのが初めてでしたが、1時間半の体験で基礎から丁寧に教えて頂き、最後は簡単な試合ができるまでみんな成長しました👏

テニスを通して普段話す事の少ない社員同士の交流ができ、仲間の意外な一面を発見するなど、とても良い体験になりました！

午後のBBQに続きます…‼︎🍖

Part ①

We've created this program to offer a unique experience that goes beyond the typical workday. It's also designed to learn Japanese culture and society, with a particular focus on “omotenashi🇯🇵” the Japanese art of hospitality and thoughtful service.

Morning：Tennis Experience🎾
Thanks to Sala Sports Indoor Tennis School Toyohashi, we had a wonderful tennis experience.
The court is air-conditioned and very comfortable!😆

While most of our employees had never played tennis before, we received a thorough 90-minute lesson, starting from the basics, and we were even able to play a simple match by the end.👏

Through tennis, we could interact with colleagues we don't usually talk to and discover surprising sides of them.
It was a really great experience!

選別台にミストシャワーを設置しました‼︎

今回設置したミストシャワーは、今年5月に東京ビックサイトで行われたNEW環境展にて、社員のマヘッシュさんが噴霧器のブースを発見し"選別台に設置したらどうですか？"
と提案したことから始まりました。🗼

年々暑さが増していくなか今年の夏は特に記録的猛暑が続いている、ということもあり導入しました🚿🚿🚿

設置してから数日経ちますが🗓
選別台ではシルバーさんやアルバイトさんなど幅広い年齢の方が作業を行いますので、すでに暑さ対策として重宝しています。

霧も細かく、濡れ過ぎずとても快適です😊

と言ってもまだまだ暑い日が続いています🔥
熱中症等、気をつけていきたいですね､､､

これからの夏には欠かせなくなりそうです！🚿

We've added a mist shower to our sorting lines!!

The idea of installing a mist shower came from our employee, Mahesh, who saw a mist sprayer at the NEW Environmental Exposition at Tokyo Big Sight this May and suggested using it on our sorting lines.🗼

Due to the rising temperatures in recent years, particularly this year's record-breaking heat, we've decided to introduce it.🚿🚿🚿

It's been a few days since we installed it🗓️, and it's already proven to be very useful for heat relief, especially for our workers of various ages, including Silver-san (elderly people) and part-time staff.
The mist is fine and doesn't get too wet, making it very comfortable.😊

However, it's still hot outside, so we need to be careful of heatstroke. 🔥

This is going to be essential for the rest of the summer!🚿

前回の投稿に続き国連WFPについて🌏

今年もWFPウォーク・ザ・ワールド名古屋
に参加してきました！🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️

WFP国連世界食糧計画（国連WFP）とは⁉︎🤔

食糧支援を通して世界中の飢餓や貧困を解決すべく活動する
国際連合の人道支援機関です。
その国連WFPが横浜・大阪・名古屋で開催するWFPウォーク・ザ・ワールドは、途上国の子どもたちの飢餓をなくすためのチャリティーウォークで、参加費の一部は国連WFPの学校給食支援に役立てられています。🏫🍽️

6/2（日）に開催された名古屋会場は鶴舞公園をスタートして名古屋市内を回り、また鶴舞公園に戻ってくるコース
今回は5キロ、8キロと2つあるコースのうち8キロコースに参加しました！💪

歩く前は8キロと聞くと"キツいんじゃないか"と
みんなビビってましたが、歩いてみればあっという間で
全員難なくゴール出来ました！👏

今回の寄付金は927,600円集まり
約30,000人の子どもたちの給食にする事が
できるそうです。

国連WFPの活動の1つにレッドカップキャンペーンというものもあります。
レッドカップマークの付いた商品を購入すると
売上の一部が学校給食支援に寄付されるというもの。
みなさんがいつも買う商品にも付いているかも？🍜🍹🍿😳

Joined “WFP Walk the World -Nagoya-” again this year!🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️

What is the World Food Programme (WFP)?🤔

It is an international humanitarian organization of the United Nations that works to solve hunger and poverty around the world through food assistance.
WFP Walk the World is a charity walk held in Yokohama, Osaka, and Nagoya by WFP. It aims to eliminate hunger among children in developing countries. A portion of the participation fee is used to support the school feeding program of the WFP.🏫🍽️

The Nagoya event, held on June 2nd, started at Tsuruma Park, circled around Nagoya City, and returned to Tsuruma Park.
This time, there are two courses (5km and 8km). We participated in the 8km course.💪
Before the walk, everyone was anxious when they heard it was 8km, but it was over in no time and everyone reached the goal easily!👏

927,600 yen was raised in donations this time, which will be enough to provide school meals for about 30,000 children.

Also, the Red Cup Campaign is one of the activities of the WFP.
When you purchase a product with the Red Cup mark, part of the proceeds will be donated to support school feeding.
Maybe it's on the products you always buy?🍜🍹🍿😳

㊗️　勤続10年！

3月20日は社長のデータによると📖😎
河上部長の勤続10年で、朝礼時にちょっとしたサプライズでお祝いをしました！

勤続10年を祝し、社長から永年勤続への感謝の贈り物と激励のお言葉を頂き、お昼休憩には10thを祝うデコレーションケーキの贈呈‼︎🎂
全員分のケーキも副社長から差し入れ頂き、みんなで楽しくランチタイムを過ごしました！

現在TKではほとんどが若手の構成になっており、河上部長のような存在が必要不可欠です。
勤続10年というのは世間から見たらまだまだ、と思う方もいると思いますが、当たり前のことではありません。１つの節目として会社からお祝いされる事は嬉しい事なのかもしれませんね。

Congratulations on 10 Years of Service!

According to the president’s records, Mr. Kawakami who is our manager has been with the company for 10 years as March 20th!
We celebrated with a surprise at the morning meeting!

To celebrate his 10th anniversary, the president presented him with a special gift and words of encouragement.
And during lunch break, we surprised him again with a 10th anniversary cake!
The vice president also provided cake for everyone, and we all enjoyed a fun lunch time together.

TK is mostly made up of young people, so someone like Mr. Kawakami is essential.
Some people may think that 10 years of service is not a long time, but it is a significant achievement.
It must be gratifying to be celebrated by the company for reaching this milestone.

Congratulations again, Kawakami-Bucho!!
We greatly appreciate your hard work and dedication over the past 10 years.
And we look forward to your continued contributions to the company!

TK独自の有給制度！
Marriage Premiumを使用してハネムーンへ行ってきました✈️

Marriage Premiumは社員が結婚をした時に会社から贈られる特別有給休暇で、なんと10日間連続でお休みが取れちゃいます！
国や宗教の違いにより結婚関連行事に要する日数は様々。
いろんな文化を背景に持つ人が集まったTKならではの休暇です！

行き先はハワイ🌺🇺🇸

ハワイではいくつかツアーに参加しましたが、
クアロア・ランチでのバギー体験は最高でした‼︎

ジュラシック・ワールドやキングコングなど、様々な有名映画ロケ地として有名で、その広大な土地と大自然は圧巻でした⛰😲

もちろんハワイと言えばワイキキビーチ！

目の前がビーチのテラスで食べれるサーフラナイのピンクのパンケーキはSNS映え間違い無し‼︎
味も美味しくて妻も大満足です🥞🏖

最終日にはヒルトンの花火も見れて言う事なしです🎆😭

他にも、小さい頃に行った海外旅行では感じることの無かった日本とは違う文化や空気感に触れることができたのも、私たちのいい経験になりました！

一生の思い出ができました♪

We went on our honeymoon using it.

“Marriage Premium” is a special paid vacation granted to employees when they get married, and they can take a whopping 10 consecutive days off!
The number of days required for wedding-related events varies depending on the country, religion, and so on.

The pink pancakes at Surf Lanai, which can be enjoyed on the terrace with a view of the beach, are definitely Instagrammable!
The taste was also delicious, and my wife was very satisfied.

On the last day, we could see the Hilton fireworks.
Our honeymoon was perfect!

In addition, we were able to experience a different culture and atmosphere from Japan that we had never felt when we were younger.
This was also a great experience for us!

We made a lot of memories that will last a lifetime.
